Dr. Pappas is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. He received a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1999. After graduating he opened his practice to help others regain their health through chiropractic care. Pappas Chiropractic maintains a commitment to excellence and pride caring for families and individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Dr. Pappas strives to provide his patients with every aspect of health and wellness. He believes this approach to healthcare will enable people to enjoy long and healthy lives. Chiropractic care is just one avenue for healthcare that he recommends, Dr. Pappas believes in a holistic approach to health maintenance. Dr. Pappas is committed to improving the health of the community through seminars, screenings and organization membership. He is a member of the Doctors Speakers Bureau, Jefferson Business Network organization and on the Board of Directors for the Twin City Chamber of Commerce. In an effort to provide the best possible care, he consistently updates techniques and services. Dr. Pappas’ purpose is to provide his patient’s with education to help make the most informed decision about healthcare and live their life to the fullest. |

Previous to my position at Pappas I worked for over 20 years in the hospitality industry as a manager for a major hotel chain. After the birth of my 4th son (Jarrett) my priorities changed. Pappas Chiropractic afforded me the environment and the hours I needed. So in July of 2003, I joined Dr. Pappas. My husband John and I enjoy vacationing in our home state of Wisconsin with our four boys (Joshua, Jacob, Jordan, and Jarrett). We enjoy water skiing in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter. Our family restores muscle cars as a hobby. And I enjoy teaching skin care classes and color techniques. Interested in a free makeover? I have been a part of the Pappas Chiropractic team since September 2003. I successfully completed the Chiropractic Assistant Certification Program in 2005. Furthering my education in chiropractic is a goal that I continue to strive for. My Husband Bill and I have four awesome children and a dog. We enjoy outdoor activities and believe that family time should be our number one priority. I love my career at Pappas Chiropractic and enjoy working with all of our patients. The best part is being closely involved in seeing our patients successfully complete care. |

Hello, my name is Grace Vaughn. I come from a large family of nine children. I was home schooled all of my life and graduated in 2005. I enjoy playing sports, being active, singing, reading; scrap booking and spending time with my family and friends. I am an active member of First Baptist Church Festus Crystal City, where I enjoy working with the children in the nursery, assisting in children’s choir, participating in church classes, singing in the adult choir and being a member of the Praise Team. I plan on attending Jefferson College in the fall of 2006 to pursue the study of music. I have been on staff at Pappas Chiropractic since September 2005 I am so excited to be apart of the wonderful team at Pappas I love to learn more and am very open to being taught. I realize the importance of chiropractic care because of the back pain I have experienced for the past few years and have recently been susceptible to frequent headaches. Since being treated regularly by Dr. Pappas, my headaches are gone and my back is beginning to heal, “the right way!”
